We are proud to work with a team of fantastic early years professionals across our Daisy Nursery settings. Our team is dedicated, friendly and caring, and whether they are an educator, chef or a member of our head office, each and every Daisy colleague is united in putting the children first and being a supportive and reliable member of our Daisy community. We work as a team to provide the very best educational experience, and we love getting to be a part of the early years journey both for the children, and their families.
Our team is filled with true nurturers. The early years are a unique, formative and magical time in a child’s development, and our team not only know how important their role is helping children to grow and prepare for their next steps, but they also feel privileged to be a part of this pivotal phase of life. Whether your child joins us as a Baby, Toddler or Pre-Schooler, our team will work with them and you to plot their unique journey along the Early Years Foundation Stage framework, and create some wonderful moments and memories for your child.
What it means to be in the Daisy team
Caring and Qualified
Our passion for education doesn’t stop with the children. Whilst many of our colleagues have been with us for years, some since the very beginning, we also support those with a passion for the early years looking for the first step in their careers. Across the settings, we have colleagues completing a range of early years qualifications to enhance their expertise and keep up to date with the latest research and recommendations. Upskilling our team always ensures we remain at the forefront of early years innovation. This enables us to blend our signature warm and welcoming environments and creative curriculums with ever-evolving practice.
Always in safe hands
Every member of our talented team is employed using strict, safer recruitment practices and hold a clear, enhanced DBS on the update service to ensure robust safeguarding measures. We also carry out regular continued suitability checks throughout our colleagues’ time with us so we know your children are being cared for by adults who are safe and reliable.
“A nursery really is made by the staff, which at Crown Daisy are amazing, and the facilities, which are impressive. I have never found the staff anything other than enthusiastic and happy and the rooms are always so well presented, clean and (ignoring any transient mess from the kiddos) tidy. We live about 5 doors from a nursery and drive 5-10 minutes to come here. There is no comparison.”
